CapScribe collects no data. The app has no account system, no analytics, and no advertising. It contains no networking code of its own, so your video, audio, and transcripts stay on your iPhone.
When you import a video or audio file, CapScribe reads it from your device. Transcription runs through Apple's on-device speech framework, and burning captions into a video runs through Apple's video toolchain on the same device. Neither step sends your media anywhere. Nothing you import is uploaded to me or to any third party.
Files CapScribe creates while working are written to the app's own sandbox, and the exported video, SRT, or TXT goes wherever you send it: your Photos library, the Files app, or another app you share to. Once it leaves CapScribe, the receiving app's own rules apply.
The first time you transcribe in a given language, iOS downloads the speech model for that language from Apple. That download is made by the operating system, not by CapScribe, and it carries no audio or text of yours. Apple's own privacy policy covers it. Once the model is on your iPhone, transcription works without a network connection.
The one-time unlock is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. Apple handles the payment and tells the app whether the purchase exists. I never see your payment details, and CapScribe stores no purchase record beyond what Apple provides to the device.
CapScribe is not directed at children and asks for no personal information from anyone.
If a future version starts doing something that touches your data, this page changes before that version ships, and the App Store privacy label changes with it.

CapScribe 不收集任何数据。没有账号系统，没有统计分析，没有广告。app 自身不含任何联网代码，你的视频、音频和转写结果都留在 iPhone 上。
导入视频或音频后，CapScribe 从设备本地读取文件。转写走 Apple 的设备端语音框架，把字幕烧进视频走同一台设备上的 Apple 视频处理链路。这两步都不会把你的媒体发到任何地方，也不会上传给我或任何第三方。
处理过程中产生的临时文件写在 app 自己的沙盒里；导出的视频、SRT 或 TXT 去哪由你决定：相册、文件 app，或分享给别的应用。离开 CapScribe 之后，适用的是接收方应用自己的规则。
首次用某个语言转写时，iOS 会从 Apple 下载该语言的语音模型。这个下载由操作系统发起，不是 CapScribe 发起，过程中不携带你的任何音频或文字，适用 Apple 自己的隐私政策。模型下到本机之后，转写不需要网络。
一次性解锁通过 Apple 的应用内购买销售。收款由 Apple 处理，Apple 只告诉 app 这笔购买是否存在。我看不到你的支付信息，CapScribe 也不保存 Apple 下发给设备之外的任何购买记录。
CapScribe 不面向儿童，也不向任何人索取个人信息。
如果将来某个版本开始碰你的数据，本页会在那个版本上架之前先改，App Store 的隐私标签同步更新。
